Therapy has a way of helping you grow from within. Sometimes just breathing can seem difficult & we begin to feel overwhelmed with daily life stressors. When we share these challenges, we open ourselves to change, growth, & hopefulness. Children in therapy can learn emotional awareness & coping to guide them to adulthood. Even if you have previous unfavorable experiences with therapy or you are apprehensive about the thought of entering therapy, She encourages you to contact us for more information on the benefits of therapeutic relationships.

My name is Lanee’ Sambou and I hold the position of a counselor with All in All Behavioral Health Services. In my role, I operate on the premise that we are whole beings, with an innate capacity to reach our full potential. I approach counseling from a humanistic and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy-based model, in which I use strength-based and evidence-based approaches to help clients identify and explore the causes of any existing concerns and strengths. I also collaborate with clients to develop a system of values and goals that will help improve specific areas of functioning and walk with them as they take committed actions toward goals that will help them live more meaningful and enriched lives. As the expert in their own lives, my role is to collaborate with them using the tools of empathy, reflective listening, and full acceptance to help guide them toward their own solutions.
Currently, I provide individual and couple’s counseling for adolescents and adults individuals have experience assisting clients with presenting issues related to grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, behavioral and anger management issues, ADHD, substance use, and other life challenges as well. I provide in-person and virtual counseling services and adhere to the Code of Conduct, HIPPA, and supervision policies and practices set by my licensing boards. In addition, I also follow the ethical codes and guidelines for Professional Counselors provided by the American Counseling Association and the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists. When or if there is a conflict in the ethical codes, I abide by the code that is the most conservative.
